Johanna is an Associate Principal at MNLA, where she has served as a pivotal leader, guiding high-profile planning and urban design initiatives since joining the firm in 2008. With an expansive portfolio and extensive knowledge in the education sector, Johanna successfully directs MNLA teams across a spectrum of projects, ranging from universities to multi-family residential developments to other complex cultural, and institutional campus plans. Johanna's impactful leadership consistently sets the design direction for the team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and contextually relevant solutions across various geographical contexts.

Johanna's impressive track record includes spearheading projects that showcase her adaptability and deep understanding of the nuances within different urban environments.
