456 Washington Street is a luxury multi-family residential building in Tribeca that includes two distinct landscape amenities. The first is a ground floor courtyard with limited access. The space is primarily a viewing garden, with an emphasis on staging views from adjacent amenity and lobby spaces, as well as bird’s eye views from the surrounding apartments on upper floors. The second is a roof terrace garden that offers dramatic views of the Hudson River. The landscape is designed in such a way as to create a series of semi-private rooms for gathering, dining, and sun bathing.
