Rising fifty stories into the sky, the Hayden is a residential tower at at 43-25 Hunter Street in Long Island City and a recent addition to the Queens skyline. MNLA's design comprises six distinct rooftop terraces, each of which responds to interior amenity spaces and creates a seamless interface between interior and exterior. The use of similar materials is interpreted in various ways on each terrace, affording a distinctive yet materially consistent character to each space.
