East Coast 3 is part of a complex of seven East Coast Development buildings that lie at the north end of Hunter's Point on the former Pepsi Cola bottling plant site. They have transformed this Long Island City location from a post-industrial, contaminated waterfront to a vibrant and walkable neighborhood.
Designed as part of a pair of buildings that bookend a public park, the ground floor garden of East Coast 3 responds to the geometry of its neighbor while introducing more amenities. The upper terrace offers spectacular sunset views toward the Manhattan skyline with well-appointed furnishings for intimate conversation and dining.
