MNLA was commissioned by New York University to undertake landscape enhancements for four signature venues within its urban campus.

Wilf Hall is a hub for New York University's law scholars, programs, and admissions in historic Greenwich Village and joins an elite number of New York City buildings that have attained LEED Platinum certification. MNLA's designs for three significant terraces contribute to NYU's commitment to environmental stewardship. The uppermost extensive green roof contributes to the building's water efficiency and covers 50 percent of the building's surface. Terraces on the second and sixth floors are intensively planted terraces offering informal meeting areas for building occupants and serve as visual amenities for adjacent classrooms and offices.

MNLA's design for Wilf Hall contributes to the building's LEED Platinum certification. A green roof covers 50% of the building.

Wilf Hall houses a dozen NYU Law centers, programs and institutes along with admissions and the Provincetown Playhouse, a working theater run by the NYU Steinhardt School of Education.
