The integrated rooftop design for this new, 14-story residential building located between Vandam Street and Spring Street provides landscaped spaces and seasonal views for its SoHo residents. The project includes a 7,000 sf wraparound terrace at the second floor amenity level and an intimate arrival garden which is viewed from the lobby. The second floor garden includes custom designed seating areas within seasonal planting beds featuring a modern aesthetic. The gardens were designed as visual extensions of the interior with a corner pocket for outdoor yoga classes and pathways for quiet reflection. The plant palette reflects both the sunny character of the south-west facing terrace and the shady, woodland pathway terrace to the east. This shaded pathway is designed to allow residents to stroll through the garden at two levels.
